Why MATRAM is needed now

For 25 years, the existing association has failed to protect our rights, leaving nurses to face systemic neglect alone. We need a single, unified platform to rectify this. When one nurse speaks up, they can be ignored—but when we track widespread patterns across the state, we can take undeniable proof directly to the Directors to demand immediate action.
